A Meaningful Easter Service

Residents at Bodawen Nursing Home were delighted to welcome our local vicar, Father Peter, who led a heartfelt Easter Service and Holy Communion. The service was a special opportunity for residents to come together in reflection, prayer, and celebration during the Easter season.

Everyone enjoyed singing familiar hymns in both Welsh and English, including the much-loved Calon Lân, with many residents joining in and reminiscing as they sang. The music created a warm and uplifting atmosphere that was enjoyed by all.

As a thoughtful gesture, Father Peter brought a wooden cross for each resident to keep as a reminder of the Easter message of hope, faith, and peace. We are very grateful to Father Peter for sharing such a meaningful service with us and helping to make our Easter celebrations so special.
