Active Fun with Ball Games

There was plenty of energy and laughter at Bodawen Nursing Home as residents enjoyed an interactive ball games session together. Using their hands and bats, everyone took turns throwing, catching, and hitting the ball, encouraging teamwork, conversation, and lots of friendly fun.

Activities like these are a great way to promote hand-eye coordination, maintain mobility, and build confidence, while also providing opportunities to socialise and support one another. It was wonderful to see residents cheering each other on, sharing smiles, and enjoying an afternoon filled with laughter and achievement.

At Bodawen, we believe that keeping active can be enjoyable, and sessions like these help to support both physical wellbeing and meaningful social connections.
