Creative Preparations for Eisteddfod

Residents and staff at Bodawen Care Home have been busy preparing for Eisteddfod yr Urdd, enjoying a range of creative and cultural activities together.

As part of the preparations, residents took part in painting colourful signs to celebrate the Eisteddfod, proudly showcasing their creativity and connection to Welsh language and culture. The atmosphere was full of enthusiasm and enjoyment throughout.

One of the highlights of the preparations was the work of Carol, a very talented poet, who wrote a special poem inspired by the charitable values of Eisteddfod yr Urdd. Her poem was warmly praised by both residents and staff, beautifully reflecting the spirit of kindness and community at the heart of the festival.
