Macmillan Coffee Afternoon

Today, a successful Macmillan Coffee Afternoon was held at Plasgwyn to support people affected by cancer and raise fund for Macmillan Cancer Support. Residents, family members and friends came together to enjoy tea, coffee and delicious cakes, while also taking part in a raffle to support the fundraising effort.

The afternoon created a warm, welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, giving everyone an opportunity to socialise, share conversation and spend quality time together while supporting a meaningful cause. Residents were also involved in preparing for event, helping to create a strong sense of participation and community spirit. 

The event was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who attended and total  of £55 was raised for Macmillan Cancer Support. A sincere thank to all the residents, families and friends and supporters who contributed to making the afternoon such a special and memorable occasion.
