Remembrance Day at Plasgwyn 2025

Plasgwyn residents came together in a spirit of unity and reflection to commemorate REMEMBRANCE DAY. In the days leading up to the occasion, residents took part in meaningful colouring and crafting beautiful poppies that now adorn the community, serving as heartfelt symbols of remembrance and respect. 

The event provided an opportunity for everyone to reflect on the courage ,dedication, sacrifice of those who gave their lives to protect the freedoms we enjoy today. There was a deep sense of pride and gratitude as residents shared stories, memories and quiet moments of reflection while working together on their poppy decoration. 

On NOVEMBER 11th at 11am, the residents gathered and staff gathered for two minutes of silence, a poignant tribute to the fallen heroes whose bravery shaped a better future for generation to come. The atmosphere was filled with reverence and pride, as everyone stood together to honour their legacy and ensure their sacrifices are never forgotten.
