Local Ukulele Group Brings Festive Cheer to Bodawen

Residents at Bodawen Care Home recently enjoyed a festive and uplifting afternoon as a local ukulele group visited the home to share music and song.

The group performed a selection of popular Christmas songs, with residents enthusiastically singing along in both Welsh and English. The atmosphere was filled with joy, as the music brought everyone together to share fun and create happy memories.

Adding to the festive spirit, residents, staff and performers wore Santa hats, creating a colourful and cheerful scene. The session provided a wonderful opportunity to encourage social interaction, engagement and wellbeing through music.

Bodawen continues to welcome local community groups into the home, strengthening community links and providing meaningful experiences for residents, particularly during the Christmas period.
